Viennese Sugar 1 cup sugar 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Place sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle extracts. With a fork, stir to blend. Store in airtight container. Use to sweeten coffee to taste. Makes about 1 cup.
Expresso Sugar 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon lemon rind
Place sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle with lemon rind. Stir to mix well. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Use to sweeten black coffee to taste. Makes about 1 cup.
Spiced Sugar 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
